<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -22.5pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: 0in 0in 4.0pt 40.5pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">For the carbon powder generated from the reactor, underground room type storage provided, which is not completely closed and also no proper pneumatic/screw conveyor system provided to prevent the carbon powder emissions from the reactor into the atmosphere.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -22.5pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: 0in 0in 4.0pt 40.5pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Wet scrubber provided as APCD with the furnace, but the same was not in working condition as there are openings in the APCD, with no provision for chemical dosing.</span></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; font-style: normal;">If approved, the Regional Office be requested to submit the compliance made by the industry w.r.t. observations earlier observed by the visting officer on 01.10.2022 to further process the application.</span></p> |
