<p>The hospital was visited by under-signed on 03.02.2023 and contacted Sh. Simarpreet Singh, Maintainance Incharge (94635-77995). During visit it was observed that the STP & ETP was in operation. During visit the sample from outlet of STP further leading to sewer was collected and sent to HO lab for analysis. The hospital has started OPD in the hospital. The hospital is maintaining the record of operation of ETP and STP.</p>
<p>In view of above, it is recommended that <span style="font-family: Calibri, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 11pt;">Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted till short term i.e. 31.03.2023 subject to special condition as under:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Calibri, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 11pt;">1) The CTO granted to the industry under Water Act, 1974 may be deemed to consider as cancelled incase the results of parameter are beyond the prescribed limits.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Calibri, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 11pt;">2) The hospital shall ensure compliance of the provisions of the BMW Rules, 2016 in letter and spirit.</span></p>
