</span></span></span><!--[endif]-->Environmental Engineer, Regional Office-2, Jalandhar shall visit the shopping mall to verify the approved build up area of project &amp; the record of fresh water consumption/HVAC/ green area, check the adequacy of plantation area provided by the shopping mall, collect the effluent sample of STP and submit the report alongwith recommendations to decide the consent application within 07 days.</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; As such the total built up area of the project is 20170.8 Sqmt, which is greater than 200000 Sqmt and the project proponent was required to obtain prior Environmental Clearance under category 8b of the EPA notification dated 14.09.2006. Further, the occupancy of the project is about 22 -25% as such the total fresh water requirement of the project when fully occupied will be much more than the 88 KLD claimed during the time of CTE. As such the project proponent has obtained CTE/NOC by submitting wrong information at the time of consent to establish.</p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify;
