<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The project proponent has applied fresh Consent to Establish under the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Creams @ 2000 No./ day,<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Lotions @ 2500 No./day, Serums @ 1200 No./day & Face Wash @ 1600<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>No./day using Suncat @ 10 kg/day, Emulfeel @ 5 kg/day, CPDCL @ 5.0 kg/day & <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Fragrance @ 2 kg/day as raw material.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The project proponent has submitted brief project report as per which proposed project cost is Rs. 70 lakh (after inclusion of rent of 5 years). The project proponent has deposited Rs.6100/- vide UTR no. SBIN123024091252 dated 24.01.2023 as NOC fees,<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>which is valid for 1 year.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The project proponent has submitted feasibility report, as per which the waste water generated from the washing of utensils/equipment @ 100-150 Litres/day will be collected in the leakage proof cemented collection tank and evaporated through the electric evaporator. The electric evaporator is consisting of heaters which will helps in the forced evaporation of the effluent. The dimensional of the tank will be 1.5m x 0.5m x 0.5m. The Sludge settled at the bottom will be send authorized TSDF facility for further disposal. The quantity of water used for domestic purposes is 1000 Litres/day. The domestic waste water which will be discharged into sewer line. The project proponent has not proposed to install any D.G set & boiler in the industry.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The project proponent has submitted rent agreement made on 15.12.2022 between Shushi Nayar and M/s Wederm Private Limited. The project proponent has submitted Memorandum of Association of Wederm Private Limited as per which the applicant is share holder in the company.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The industry was visited by the undersigned on 02.02.2023 and contacted Smt. Pritika Singh, Director (9888887803). During visit it was observed as under:</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">In view of above, it is recommended that Consent to Establish under the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted for 1 year i.e. 31.01.2024 with special conditions as under:</p>
