<p style="text-align: justify;">Reply of observations of CEE Sir is in the note of AEE above..</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Keeping in view of the report/facts given by AEE, it is recommended that :-</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN">1. Consent to operate under the provisions of Water Act, 1974 may be renewed upto 30.09.2023 subject to suitable conditions as per earlier consent granted by the Board.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN">2. </span><span lang="EN-IN">Directions be issued to the PSPCL authority </span><span lang="EN-IN">to restore the electric supply available to the industry for temporarily upto 30.09.2023.</span></p> |
