<p>The industry is an old unit operating since 2002 as per agenda note of RO. The question before us is that to decide as to wheter polluting industry can be allowed can be alowed in mixed land or not ?. For this DTP/ MC can provide permissibility certificate. Presently, we can grant consent for a period of 15 years from date of notification of Master Plan Ludhiana culminating on 31.07.2023.</p>
<p>As per RO report, the system/ forced evaporation system is adequate. Moreover, monitoring of system as per protocol done. Therefore, we can go for permanent restoration. </p>
<p>As such consents for a period upto 31.07.2023 is approved being a small scale unit ( competency SEE) which will be extended further upon the submission of permissibilty certificate from competent authority. Industry will be granted with this condition to submit the same at the time of applying for further extension and before 31.07.2023 so as to decide its continuity in present location.</p>
<p>As protocol for permenent restoration complied with, case may be placed before the competent authority ( worthy Chairman ) for allowing permanent restoration to avoid lengthy paperwork on this account.</p>
