As per the above RO report, untreated wastewater generated from labour hutments and from bathing activities was being disposed of through mobile tankers as well as discharged into the adjoining Jagatpura drain by PP. The project proponent has not installed an anti-smog gun in compliance with CPCB directions.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> May If approved SCN for refusal CTE extension validity be issued with an opportunity to submit the written reply within 7 days to PP. EE, RO may also be requested to give his comments on the reply to be submitted by the PP and send the fresh recommendation.</span></p>
