<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> Kindly Peruse the note and recommendation given by RO. It is intimated that previous pp was granted CTO under the Water Act,1974 which was valid up to 28/12 /2022 for Flats @ 240 Number and 10 shops including 24 EWS Flats for Domestic Effluent - 117 KLD out of which 62 KLD treated wastewater reused for flushing and remaining 55 KLD disposed of in sewer line of MC after treatment in STP. while granted CTO under the water act,1974 the RO was requested to visit the site within 15 days and to monitor the STP to verify the mode of disposal, verify the record maintained by the project proponent regarding the operation of STP and verify the compliance of environmental law and send if found any violation send the report along with the recommendation.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Now PP has applied for renewal CTO under the water act, of 1974 and RO has reported that the promoter company has installed an STP with a capacity of 125 KLD based on MBBR technology. The same was in operation, the treated wastewater sample from the final outlet of STP was collected as per the analysis result all parameters within prescribed the limit of the Board. RO has also reported that no water pollution load increased. As per the agenda note the PP is complying with the provision of the Water Act, of 1974.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">If approved CTO under Water Act,1974 applied by the PP be renewed up to 31/3/26 with the special conditions as proposed by EE, RO. EE, RO may also be requested to monitor the project as per protocol fixed by the Board to verify compliance with environmental law and if found any violation when sending the report along with recommendations.</span></p>
