<p class="MsoPlainText" style="margin-left: .5in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; font-style: normal;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; font-style: normal;">The applications submitted by the industry for obtaining consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 be returned and advised to resubmit the same after removing incompletions pointed out by the Board as well as after complying code of practice as prescribed in the notification dated 15.10.2014 issued by the Govt. of Punjab.</span></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText" style="margin-left: .5in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; font-style: normal;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; font-style: normal;">Environmental Engineer, Regional Office, Bathinda shall keep a watch over the activities of the industry and recommend action in case any violation (s) are observed.</span></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText" style="margin-left: .25in; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; font-style: normal;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>In compliance to the decisions of the personal hearing, the application applied under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 were returned. </span></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText" style="margin-left: .25in; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; font-style: normal;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Now the industry has again applied for obtaining consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981, however no comments have been made w.r.t. observations made during the earlier visit dated 01.10.2022.</span></p>
