Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016. </span></p>

The institute has deposited Rs. 5000/- vide UTR No.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>AXSK230170017216 dated 17.01.2023 under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 5000/- vide UTR No.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>AXSK230190019234 dated 19.01.2023 under the Air Act, 1981.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The institute has deposited Rs. 60,000/- vide UTR No. AXSK223400021746 dated 06.12.2022 under both Acts, which is adequate for a period upto 30.09.2027 under both the Acts after imposing penalty. The institute has deposited Rs. 1100/- vide UTR No. AXSK230240008291 dated<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>24.01.2023 for increase in total fixed assets of Rs. 5.86 lakhs.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';">1.<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The institute is a industrial training institute (ITI) of 100 no. students. The institute has not provided hostel faility.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';">2.<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Domestic effluent was being discharged onto land for plantation after passing though septic tank.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';">4.<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The institute has provided bins for storage of solid waste generated from the institute and the same is being lifted by the piggeries farm owner. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';">5.<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>No MAH industry falls in radius of 300 meters from a boundary of school but one brick kiln falls in radius 100 meters from school boundary and two brick kiln falls in radius 300 meters from school boundary. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';">6.<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The institute has provided plantation line of trees of adequate height towards the direction of brick kiln.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';">7.<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The representative of the institute has not produced CLU obtained from Department of Town & Country Planning. </span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';">The institute is complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981.</span></p>
