CTOW/Renewal/SAS/2019/8754733 dated 28/01/2019 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Renewal/SAS/2018/8755077 dated 27/12/2018, both which had expired on upto 31/03/2021, for operation of it is a small group of hotels cum restaurants, subject to certain condition as mentioned therein. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="margin: 0in; margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Thereafter, the industry was issued show cause notice u/s 33-A of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 along with an opportunity of personal hearing before the Chief Environmental Engineer (P) on 22.11.2022, wherein, it was decided as under:</span></p>

N352211757878297 dated 18.12.2021 under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 30.09.2024 (considering Penalty for late applying) for both the Acts against the fixed assets of Rs. 388.00 lakh on 31.03.2022.</span></p>

In case, any complaint is received against the unit, the Board shall be at liberty to revoke/ cancel this consent without giving any opportunity of hearing to the industry.</span></p>

The Board would be at liberty to take penal action against the industry/project proponent and its responsible/ concerned person(s) in case information/document is detected as incorrect/false/misleading at any point of time, without any opportunity of Personal Hearing. </span></p>
