<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">The poultry farm has deposited consents to establish (NOC) fee of Rs. 6900/- (Rs. 6400/- as NOC fee and Rs. 500/- as application fee) vide UTR. No. 100607628 dated 13/01/2023, which is adequate for one year.</span></p>

The representative has informed that the poultry feed is being provided by the Company.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">From the above mentioned facts, it is evident that the proposed site of poultry farm meets with the siting criteria laid down by the Board, thus suitable for its establishment.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">In view of above, it is recommended that 'Consent to Establish' (NOC) from pollution angle, to set up a poultry farm for production of Broilers @ 50,000 no./ day by using Chicks (Birds) @ 50,000 no./day<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>may be granted to the industry with suitable conditions and following specific conditions that :-</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 31.5pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo3;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">The poultry farm shall obtain Consent to Operate(CTO) of the Board under the Water Act,1974 and the Air Act,1981 before commissioning of its unit.</span></p>

CPCB/IPC20/NGT/Poultry/2022/10270 dated 10/1/2022.</span></p>
