File Note: <p style="text-align: justify;">The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused.&nbsp; Submitted as per above recommendations given in the note:</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">1.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;NOC may be granted to the project proponent under Water Act, 1974&nbsp;&nbsp;and Air Act, 1981 till 28.02.2025 subject to following conditions:</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">a)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The project proponent will submit fresh bank guarantee amounting to Rs. 1 crore as an assurance to complete the activities prescribed in remediation plan and natural and Community Resources augmentation plan within 15 days.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">b)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The project proponent shall be granted&nbsp;&nbsp;Consent to Establish for establishment of Residential Flats @ 1602 number in an area of 1,38,280 sqm (34.17 acres) having built up area 4,99,964.385 sqm and Domestic Effluent @ 864 KLD and after treatment into STP (2.8 MLD) @ 376 KLD will be used in flushing, 199 KLD, 65 KLD, 18 KLD will be used in green area measuring 36,254.117 sq.m during summer, winter and monsoon season respectively and remaining 301 KLD, 435 KLD &amp; 512 KLD to nearby construction activities/ GMADA sewer in summer, winter &amp; monsoon season, under the provisions of Water Act, 1974&nbsp;&nbsp;&amp; Air Act, 1981</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">c)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The project proponent will provide adequate stack height with DG set of 500 KVA.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">d)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The project proponent will ensure that the waste-water from toilets provided with the labour hutments are not cleared during tankers and will only be used for green area/plantation.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">e)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The project proponent shall apply for Consent to Operate of the Board under Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974&nbsp;&nbsp;and Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 within 7 days.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Modified directions may be issued to PSPCL &amp; Sub Registrar , Mohali&nbsp;to allow to execute registration of sale deed for the flats / house / shops / plot/ any other component upto 28.02.2025 and PSPCL authority to release electric connection for the flats upto 28.02.2025.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Decision regarding extension in time limit for installation of STP of 6 MLD from 31.12.2022 to 30.06.2023 may be taken, please.</p>
