CTOW/Fresh/LDH3/2018/7843003 dated 28.09.2018 and under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Fresh/LDH3/2018/7842965 dated 28.09.2018 for the production of dyeing of fabric & processed garments @ 3500 kgs/day with disposal of trade effluent @ 150 KLD onto land for plantation after treatment through ETP and domestic effluent @ 2.0 KLD onto land for plantation after treatment through septic tank, both are valid upto 30.06.2023. </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.5in; line-height: 150%; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the </span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">industry</span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> has applied for ‘Consent to Establish’ (NOC) for expansion in the existing unit under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 for the production of <span style="background: white;">dyeing of fabric (existing @ 3000 kg/day + proposed @ 5200 kg/day)</span> @ 8.2 T/day & <span style="background: white;">processed garments (existing @ 500 Kg/day + proposed @ 500 kg/day) </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">with the disposal of trade effluent @ 430 KLD onto land for plantation after ETP and domestic effluent @ 8.0 KLD onto land for plantation after septic tank</span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">. The industry has deposited Rs. 14,400/- vide R. no. 597771758 dated 25.01.2023 as NOC fee, which is adequate for one year.</span></p>

<p class="Default" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="color: windowtext;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>In view of above, it is recommended that the consent to establish (NOC for expansion) under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for the period of one year with usual conditions and special conditions that:-</span></p>
