CTE/Fresh/SAS/2021/17552836 dated 24/12/2021, having validity upto 12/12/2022, for setting up of unit for Refilling of Anhydrous Ammonia in cylinders @10Metric Tonnes/Day and Liquor Ammonia @10 Metric Tonnes/Day, subject to certain conditions mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in .2pt 6.0pt 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">Now, the industry has applied for fresh ‘Consent to Operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for operation of and industrial unit for Refilling of Anhydrous Ammonia in cylinders @10Metric Tonnes/Day and Liquor Ammonia @10Metric Tonnes/Day as products, along with requisite document. <span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in .2pt 6.0pt 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">The industry has deposited Rs. 54000/- vide R. no. 161173375 dated 20.01.2023 under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 54000/- vide R. no. 578213263 dated 20.01.2023 under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 30.09.2027 (Considering of NOC fee @ Rs. 7200/-) for both the Acts against the fixed assets of Rs. 147.89 Lacs on 31.12.2022.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in .2pt 6.0pt 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">The industry has also submitted a copy of building plan signed by Sh. Jasvir Singh, Competent Person, under the Factories Act, dated 22.11.2022.</span></p>

The industry has submitted a copy of permission for extraction of groundwater issued by Punjab water regulation and development authority, Chandigarh vide letter dated 07.01.2022 for abstraction of groundwater to the tune of 22 KLD.</span></p>
