<p style="text-align: justify;">Kindly peruse the note and recommendation given by RO. May if approved consent to establish (NOC) from a pollution angle may be granted for one as per the policy of the Board dated 30.04.2013 with the special condition as proposed by EE, RO.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1)<span lang="EN-IN">The industry shall obtain the necessary clearance for the abstraction of groundwater from the Punjab Water Regulation & Development Authority (PWRDA).</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. The project proponent shall install a water meter on the freshwater supply and all proposed modes of disposal and shall assure to maintain the record of same.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN">3. The industry shall ensure compliance with provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986, and or any other environment law applicable to him and rules, circulars issued by the Board from time to time.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN">4. In case of any violation action u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 will be initiated for closure of the project proponent without further notice.</span></p>
