The STP comprises of components Bar Screen Chamber, Oil &amp; Grease Trap Chamber, Sewage Collection-cum-Pumping Sump, Sewage Transfer Pumps, MBBR Reactor, Air Diffusion System, Secondary Tube Settler, Surge Tank, Filter Feed Pumps, Multigrade Sand Filter, Activated Carbon Filter, Sludge Disposal / Recirculation Pumps, Sludge Drying Beds, Treated Water Tank. Total wastewater shall be generated @ 25 KLD in which @ 15 KLD shall be used for flushing purpose and @ 10 KLD shall be use for irrigation / gardening in an area of 15000 sq.ft. The project proponent has submitted STP process flow diagram. The plantation area proposed is adequate for the disposal of proposed treated domestic effluent.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The project proponent has submitted a copy of certificate issued by Punjab Water Regulation and Development Authority, SCO 149-152, Sector-17, Chandigarh vide no. ad-interim permission no. PWRDA/11/2022/L1/478 dated 14.11.2022 regarding extraction of Ground Water @ 40 m<sup>3</sup>/day and @ 1200 m<sup>3</sup>/day subject to certain terms and conditions mentioned therein.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The project proponent has submitted sale deed between M/s North Star Estate Promoters Ltd., SCO No. 38, Sector 20C, Chandigarh through its Director Mr. Mohinder Jain S/o Sh. R.R. Jain R/o House No. 125, Sector 8-A, Chandigarh (hereinafter called the &ldquo;Seller&rdquo;) and M/s G&amp;G Builders &amp; Promoters its Regd. Office at # 1625, Sector 22-B, Chandigarh through its partners Avinash Kumar S/o Sh. Amrit Lal Gupta R/o H. No. 365, Giani Zail Singh Nagar, Rupnagar, Ropar (hereinafter called the &ldquo;Purchaser&rdquo;).</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The project proponent has submitted a copy of letter issued by Municipal Council, Zirakpur vide no. 3840 dated 26.12.2022 regarding NOC for scientific disposal of solid waste and construction &amp; demolation waste. The project proponent has also submitted a copy of letter issued by Municipal Council, Zirakpur vide no. 566 dated 26.05.2022 regarding disposal of sewerage.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The project proponent has submitted partnership deed between Mr. Avinash Kumar S/o Sh. Amrit Lal Gupta R/o H. No. 385, Giani Zail Singh Nagar, Rupnagar, Ropar (hereinafter called the party of the 1<sup>st</sup> Part) and Mrs. Neeraj Gupta S/o Sh. Ram Pal Gupta R/o H. No. 1625, Sector 22B, Chandigarh (hereinafter called the party of the 2<sup>nd</sup> part). The project proponent has submitted site plan / layout plan of the project approved by Competent Authority.
