<p>Approved as proposed for issuance of CTO under Air Act,1981 till 30.09.2023 subject to <span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; text-align: justify;">condition that-</span></p>
<p><span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; text-align: justify;">1. The industry will get its emission sample analysed from all stacks during ongoing paddy season i.e. 2022-23 from Board’s lab within a month.</span></p>

T</span><span style="color: #5d5d5d; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">he industry shall comply with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 as well as code of practice prescribed by Govt. of Punjab vide notification dated 15.10.2013 for rice sheller industries.</span></p>
