<p style="text-align: justify;">The report of Regional Office is silent about hooding and stacks on kitchen. The hotel has provided DG set with canopy & adequate stack height. Further, under noise rules the hotel has not submitted any permission from designated authority as per the provisions of noise rules. No violation has been reported by Regional Office regarding violations of noise rules and crackers. The compliance regarding above notification may be asked from the Regional Office to decide the application, please. </p> |
