<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> Kindly peruse the note and recommendation given by RO. RO has reported that the industry has also installed 01 no. glue kettle for the production of glue utilized within the premises. The representative of the industry informed that formaldehyde and phenol are used as raw materials for the production of glue. He further informed that no significant quantity of wastewater is generated from the glue kettle and a small quantity of wastewater generated from the washing of the glue kettle is reused in the manufacturing of glue itself.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> Regional Office has not given comments as per Boards letter no. 16530-32 dated 23.7.2021 vide which orders dt 3.6.2021 passed by the Hon'ble NGT, mode of disposal wastewater generated from process( from glue ) and not verify the statement given by PP.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> If approved RO may be requested to give his point-wise comments on the above-said observation and send the fresh report along with a recommendation.</span></p> |
