The application of the BKO was scrutinized and it was observed that the BKO was visited by officer of the Board on 25.02.2019 and again on 13.03.2020. During visit, the BKO was found in operation without adopting zig zag technology. Further, during personal hearing before Hon'ble Chairman of the Board on 04.08.2020, Sh. Varinder Kumar, DFSC submitted that the matter regarding operation of the BKO with natural technology was investigated on 19.03.2020 and the brick kiln was found in operation without adopting induced draft zig zag technology. Accordingly, the license issued to the BKO by department of DFSC was suspended vide no. FDK/BKO/36.
Therefore, you are requested to deposit balance EC of Rs. 2,50,000/- from the period Feb, 2019 to March, 2020 (i.e. 25,000 X 14 months = Rs. 3,50,000/-) regarding operation of the BKO with natural technology within 2 days so the application of the BKO may be processed further.
