<p><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">As proposed by AEE ZB, if approved, consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 be further extended for a period upto 30.09.2023, subject to previous consent conditions along with additional condition that the industry will obtain the registration under the Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016 through CPCB EPR Portal , within 02 months and no further extension shall be granted to the industry in the validity of the CTOs, in case the industry fails to comply with the same. Also, the PSPCL authorities be requested to continue the electric supply of the industry for another six months.</span></p> |
