<p style="text-align: justify;">The application of the hospital was scrutinized and observed that the hospital has submitted the effluent and emission analysis report issued by International Testing Lab & Consulting House, Patiala, which is not an authorized lab of the Board.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In this regard, clarification was also raised on 03/02/2023 by this office to submit the effluent and emission analysis report from Board's Lab or Approved Lab.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The hospital has replied that Private labs are not approved by the Board after 31/12/2022. But the hospital has failed to submit analysis report issued by Board's Lab or Approved Lab till date.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">May if approved, the application of the hospital be returned to resubmit the same after removing the above said shortcomings please.</p> |
