<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">It is intimated that the industry is a small scale electroplating unit and was granted consent vide no. CTOW/Renewal/LDH2/2022/19947727 dated 17/10/2022 valid upto 16/04/2023 under Water Act, 1974 and electric connection of the industry was also restored for six months.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 with requisite documents alongwith request to restore the electric supply available to the industry.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The site of industry was visited by the AEE of this office on 07.02.2023 and it was observed as under:-</span></p>

<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry was in operation during the visit and engaged in electroplating on job basis.</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has signed agreement with CETP (M/s JBR Technology Pvt Ltd, D-260-61, Focal Point, Phase -8, Ludhiana) @ 20000 Ltr/month for lifting of trade effluent generated from process. </span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has provided water meter on its fresh water supply line in process area, whose reading was noted as 221.70 during the visit. </span></li>
