The application was scrutinized and observed that:-
The industry has applied for obtaining consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The industry has increased its fixed assets from Rs. 3.3 Cr to Rs. 3.14 Cr as per CA certificate attached by industry with its application. The industry is requested to submit the details w.r.t increase in assets year wise and also deposit NOC fee for its increased assets.
You are requested to submit reply to the above said clarification within 03 days.
