<p>It is submitted that the case has been reviewed and it has came to notice that the category of the industry falls in medium scale as such the competency lies with CEE (P). In view of above as <span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">t</span><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">he industry has already been established without leaving 5-10 m green belt all around the periphery of the unit as per the condition of the EC, therefore, the industry shall either have got the EC conditions amended as already decided or may get the existing plantation area plan approved from the SEIAA within a period of 03 months or the industry may seek exemption for this condition from the Competent Authority. However, the industry has not got the EC condition amended or got the existing plantation area approved from SEIAA as such may if approved SCN for refusal of consent granted under Air Act, 1981 be issued to the industry with opportunity of personal hearing before CEE (P). </span></p>
