<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 85.05pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The Project Proponent was granted ‘Consent to Establish’ / NOC from the Board form pollution angle for establishment of Wet Mix Macadam Plant & one cement concrete batch mix plant in the revenue estate of Village Qutbewal, Tehsil Ludhiana West, District Ludhiana to manufacture wet mix macadam @250 TPH and cement concrete mix @ 45 CFT/day.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 85.05pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Further, directions u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 were issued vide letter no. 266-67 dated 17.01.2023 that <em>the directions u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 issued vide letter no. 6617-20 dated 21.10.2022 for not to release any electricity connection to the subject cited proposed project and to disconnect the same, If already released, are hereby withdrawn</em></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 85.05pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the Project Proponent has applied for obtaining ‘Consent to Operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for operation of Wet Mix Macadam Plant & one cement concrete batch mix plant in the revenue estate of Village Qutbewal, Tehsil Ludhiana West, District Ludhiana to manufacture wet mix macadam @250 TPH and cement concrete mix @ 45 CFT/day. The project proponent has deposited Rs. 19,200/- vide UTR No. N027232305421191 dated 27.01.2023 under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 19,200/- vide UTR No. N027232305421031 dated 27.01.2023 under the Air Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 31.12.2025 under both acts. Land lease for area measuring 89 kanals 3.3 marlas is valid till 31.12.2024. Further, NOC from District Town Planner for temporary operation of above said plant is valid till 04.04.2025. The site was visited by undersigned on 06.02.2023 and it was observed that the project proponent has established Wet Mix Macadam Plant & one cement concrete batch mix plant in the revenue estate of Village Qutbewal, Tehsil Ludhiana West, District Ludhiana. The industry has provided inbuilt bag filter as APCD with RMC plant to control dust emissions to be generated during loading and unloading process of cement and sand. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: .25in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">‘Consent to Operate’ under the Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the project proponent upto 31.12.2024 for operation of WMM Plant & one concrete batch mix plant, in the revenue estate of Village Qutbewal, Tehsil Ludhiana West, District Ludhiana in an area of 89 Kanals 3.3 Marlas (13.01875 Acres) bearing khasra no. 21//25(3-6) , 22//5(7-16), 22//6/1(4-13), 7/1(1-12) 23//1(8-0), 2(2-8), 10/1(4-0), 20//21(8-0), 22(6-8), 22//7/2(2-8), 6/2(3-7), 14(8-2), 15(8-0), 16(6-14), 17(8-0), 18(4-0), 23//10/2(2-0), 11/1(2-12), subject to suitable conditions alongwith following special conditions:</span></p>
