<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Kindly peruse the agenda note attached by AEE. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>In addition to note, it is submitted that varied consents have been got applied under red category with category no. 1066 (<em>Ferrous and Non-ferrous metal extraction involving different furnaces through melting, refining, re- processing, casting and alloy making-Secondary production of Ferrous and Non-ferrous metals more than 1 MT/hr production (or) Lead extr</em>) considering the project of Arc furnace and refining process. Additional NOC fee alongwith regularization has been got adjusted from the consent fee, the details of which have been incorporated in the agenda note.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">It is therefore recommended that varied consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 be granted to the industry upto <strong>31/03/2024</strong> with special conditions mentioned in the note of AEE.</p>
