2. The BKO has earlier submitted undertaking from Sh. Chandan Kumar, Partner attested by Sh. Bhola Vigesh & Associate, CA. Now, the BKO has submitted undertaking from Sh. Chandan Kumar, Partner attested by Sh. Ankush Arora & Associate, CA. As such, adequacy of EC deposited cannot be adjudged.
