Application of the industry has been scrutinized and it is observed as under:-
1) The industry has attached report from the revenue authorities regarding verification of siting guidelines. The authorities have not reported distance from designated residential area/ residential area comprising of 15 pucca houses. Also, it is required to submit original report in this office.
2) The industry has not deposited the adequate consent to establish (NOC) fee.
Kindly clarify within 02 days.
