<p style="text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">It is submitted that DFSC, Fazilka has cancelled the license of the brick kiln vide his office letter no. 7429 dated 04.10.2018 alongwith copy to this office submitted a letter through email dated 07.09.2023. Further in this letter, it has mentioned that the license of the brick kiln is still cancelled (copy attached). The adequacy of consent fee and penalty under consent fee has been calculated on the basis of expiry of previous consent granted to it. </span></p>
