On scrutiny of the application of the industry it is observed as under:
1) the industry has not filled the product details in the application form.
2) the industry has not submitted latest undepreciated ca certificate.
3) the value of fixed assets has increased as compared to last ca certificate submitted by the Industry along with previous cto. The industry is requested to submit bills of expansion made and along with details. It is also to certify whether with the increase in assets is there any increase in production or Pollution load. The industry is also required to deposit noc fee for increase in fixed assets.
