<p>It is clarified that :-</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1. The project proponent has submitted a letter (copy attached) to develop the area measuring 0.1 acre showing as park in site plan as per Karnal Technology. As such, the land is adequate to utilize the treated wastewater @ 12 KLD onto land for plantation in an area of 0.1 acres (489.29 sq yards).</p>
<p>2. The project proponent has clarified that the excess water from lake will discharge into rain water harvesting pit. No chemical or chlorine will be used in the lake water for its disinfection. The water will be fresh water and will discharge to recharge the ground water. The rain water harvesting pit design is attached herewith.</p>
