CTOW/Fresh/LDH1/2019/9334234 dated 21.02.2019 valid upto 31.12.2022 and vide no. CTOA/Fresh/LDH1/2019/9333931 dated 21.02.2019 valid upto 31.12.2022 for Ready mix concrete @ 22 m3/h</span></p> <p class="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; mso-pagination: widow-orphan; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric ideograph-other;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Now, the RMC has applied for renewal &lsquo;Consent to Operate&rsquo; under Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 along with requisite documents and fee.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormalCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify; mso-pagination: widow-orphan; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric ideograph-other;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; As per office order issued by the Head Office Patiala Vide letter no. 59 dated 02.02.2016 and as per decisions of officer meeting held at Head Office Patiala on 08.05.2018 that all the industries under orange and green category shall be processed on the basis of documents submitted by the industry without site verification. As per the document submitted it is observed as below:-</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="margin-left: .75in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-pagination: widow-orphan; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric ideograph-other;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">As per the record the industry has installed machinery for readymix concrete plant. </span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: .75in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-pagination: widow-orphan; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric ideograph-other;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">As per the record there is no generation of trade effluent &amp; only domestic effluent is discharged onto land for plantation after septic tank. </span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: .75in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-pagination: widow-orphan; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric ideograph-other;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">As per the record the industry has submitted copy of CLU vide no. 1007 dated 20.03.2018 mentioning that the site falls in industrial land use zone as per Master Plan, Ludhiana (2007-2031). </span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin-left: .75in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-pagination: widow-orphan; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric ideograph-other;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;">4.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has also submitted approved building plan from Architect Approved by Director of factories, Punjab</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Cambria; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; In view of above, it is recommended that Consent to Operate under Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the RMC upto 31.12.2028 with suitable terms and conditions, please.</span></p>
