<p style="text-align: justify;">Sir the record file of the industry was checked and it is submitted that the industry has been granted CLU certificate issued by District Town Planner, Jalandhar vide letter no. 267 dated 25/01/2006, in which it has been mentioned that the site of the industry has been changed from Ruler to Industrial Zone. Thereafter, the industry has been issued certificate by Municipal Town Planner, M.C. Jalandhar vide letter no. MTP/922 dated 15/10/2020 for change of land use for industrial purpose.
