<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="margin-left: 35.45pt; text-align: justify;">The project proponent has applied for ‘Consent to Establish' (NOC) for the establishment of a residential colony at Near Aujla Fatak, Kapurthala in an area measuring 7.552 acres under orange category. The project proponent has obtained the CLU Certificate vide its Memo No. PB/CLU/KXH/KAPUR/1762 dated 09.11.2022 for an area of 7.552 acres as propose site.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin-left: 35.45pt; text-align: justify;"> The agenda note has been perused and it has been observed that in the detail agenda note, it has been mentioned about amendment of notification dated 25/07/2008 and also mentioned that as per CLU, the site is located in residential zone. Considering this amendment in notification dated 25/07/2008 issued by Department Science Technology, Environment & Non Conventional Energy, Regional Office may be requested to submit clear cut recommendations to decide the case and suitability of site.</p>
