<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">It is submitted that the site of the proposed poultry farm was visited by officer of this office on 8-2-2023 and it was observed that the construction is still going on at the site 2 no. sheds were about 80% complete and for one no. shed only base has been constructed. Lot of work is still pending at site. Therefore, the consent to operate cannot be granted at this time and may if approved, the application be returned to project proponent to apply for consent to establish before completing the project.</p>
