<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: -.25in; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">Now the marriage palace has applied for renewal consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 online through OCMMS. The marriage palace has Rs. 42500/- vide UTR No. SBIN122271823624 dated 28.09.2022 as Water consent fee, Rs. 42000/- vide UTR No. SBIN122271794942 dated 28.09.2022 as Air Act and 700/- as NOC regularization fee. The fee deposited by the marriage palace is adequate up to 30.09.2027. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: -.25in; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">The Palace has submitted earlier granted consents, CA Certificate, partnership deed & approved building plan. The marriage palace has installed STP for the treatment of domestic effluent generated from kitchen & toilet. The components of the STP are collection tank, reaction tank-cum-dozing tank, settling tank, filters. The treated effluent is utilized for the irrigation of lawns and gardens within the premises. The marriage palace has submitted effluent analysis report from PBTI, Mohali dated 14.09.2022, as per analysis report, <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>the conectration of various parameters is within the prescribed limits by the Board. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: -.25in; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">The marriage palace has installed a DG Set of capacity 40 KVA with canopy and adequate stack height. The solid waste generated is lifted by the local piggeries and the plastic waste generated is lifted by the Local Kabadias. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: -.25in; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">It is pertinent to mention here that Board issued order vide no. CEE(HQ)F.No. 957/2016/59 dated 2/2/2016 regarding to grant of auto renewal consent to establish/consent to operate to the Orange & Green category industries.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: -.25in; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">In view of above, if approved, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the palace upto 30.09.2027 with suitable & terms conditions and with special condition that the marriage shall submit effluent analysis report from Board's Lab.</span></p>
