<p style="text-align: justify;">It is submitted that the industry was given hearing on 28.9.2022 and decision was released on23.12.2022. As per the decision no. 4, O,SASNagar & RO, ,Ropar shall jointly visit the industry namely, m/s Perfect international at vill Bnamajra,as to whether the industry have sufficent infrastructre as well as suitable technology to reprocess the burnt sand@70MT. Therefore, the case wil be processed after joint visit the site.</p>
