CTE/Fresh/PTA/2022/18125658 dated 30/03/2022, which is valid upto 20/03/2023 for manufacturing of Pyro Oil @ 4 MT/Day, Steel Wires @ 1 MT/Day, Non-condensable Gases @ 0.810 MT/Day, Carbon Black @ 3.798 MT/Day by using Waste Tyre @ 10 MT/Day as raw material under red category subject to certain conditions as mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 49.5pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">Now, the industry has applied for fresh 'Consent to Operate' under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Pyro Oil @ 4 MT/Day, Steel Wires @ 1 MT/Day, Non-condensable Gases @ 0.810 MT/Day, Carbon Black @ 3.798 MT/Day by using Waste Tyre @ 10 MT/Day as raw material with requisite documents. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 45.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">The industry has deposited fees as under Rs. 10800/- vide Receipt no. 696585090 dated 12.01.2023 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Rs. 10800/- vide Receipt no. 132635969 dated 12.01.2023 under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 31.03.2025<span style="color: red;"> </span>against the value of fixed assets of Rs. 70.81 lakh<strong> </strong>as on 11.01.2023 as per CA certificate submitted by the industry.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 45.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">The industry has submitted compliance report of NOC conditions earlier granted to it under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The industry has submitted building plan from Competent Person approved under the Factories Act, 1948.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">According, the site</span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; background: white;"> was visited by AEE </span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">on 02.02.2023 and Sh. Amit Gupta/Managing partner was contacted. During visit it was </span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; background: white;">observed as under:</span></p>

The industry has provided water scrubber with its rotary furnace equipped with stack of adequate height. However, the industry has not provided sampling platform for collection of emission samples on the stack. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">The industry is complying with the provision of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">In view of the above, it is recommended that the fresh 'Consent to Operate' under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 31.03.2025 for manufacturing of Pyro Oil @ 4 MT/Day, Steel Wires @ 1 MT/Day, Non-condensable Gases @ 0.810 MT/Day, Carbon Black @ 3.798 MT/Day by using Waste Tyre @ 10 MT/Day as raw material under red category with suitable conditions as per the policy of the Board and special conditions as under:</span></p>
