<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The project proponent has submitted the reply which shows that the total built up area of the project is about 9190 sqm which is less than 20000 sqm. Therefore, the project is not covered under EIA notification 14.09.2006. However, the project proponent has submitted the feasibility report on the basis of 15 person per plot. Therefore, the pollution potential shall remain same.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Keeping in view of the above, it is recommended that consent to operate may be granted to the project proponent for one year subject to suitable terms and conditions as per policy of the Board.</p> |
