<p style="text-align: justify;">Kindly peruse the agenda note and recommendation given by RO. It is intimated that the industry has applied for the renewal of CTO under the Water Act, of 1974. RO has reported that the performance of STP is adequate, the PP was using the entire treated effluent onto land for plantation within premises and no effluent was being discharged into any sewer/choe/water body, PP is complying with the provision of the Air Act,1981.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">May if approved CTO under Water Act,1974 be renewed up to 30.9.2024 with additional conditions as proposed by EE, RO. EE, RO may also be requested to monitor the industry as per protocol fixed by the Board to verify compliance with the environmental law and send the report along with the recommendation .</p>
