Live Birds Sheds (28000 each) i.e. total quantity @ 196000 Numbers.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; background: white;">The poultry farm has deposited Rs. 42,000/- vide UTR/Ref. No. N031232309956284 dated 31/01/2023 as consent fee under Air Act, 1981 and Rs. 42,000/- vide UTR/Ref. No. N031232309944460 dated 31/01/2023 as consent fee under Water Act, 1974, which is adequate up to 31/12/2027 under both Acts.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; background: white;">The poultry farm has also deposited Rs. 8,400/- vide UTR No. N031232309953165 dated 31/01/2023 as NOC regularization fee and Rs. 500/- vide UTR/Ref. No. N031232309944370 dated 31/01/2023 as an application form fee.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; background: white;">The poultry farm has submitted Registered Deed, LLP Agreement, Project Report, Land Documents, Site plan/Location plan and CA Certificate. The industry has also submitted copy of letter issued by SDM, Ajnala, which is reproduced as under:-</span></p>

Birds were kept under 02 no. sheds and 02 no. sheds were lying vacant as observed during the visit.</span></p>

One no. shed is located 14 meter away from the edge of the road.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; background: white;">It is further intimated that the industry is complying with the provisions of under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981. The industry falls in Green category in small-scale sector.</span></p>
