<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 106%;"><span style="mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN;">It is intimated that SCN for refusal of CTO applied under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 alongwith an opportunity of personal hearing before the SEE (ZP-1) of the Board on 14/2/2023 has been issued to the industry vide Board's letter no. 1016-17 dated 8/2/2023 <strong>(copy enclosed)</strong>.<strong> It is requested to get the copy of the notice delivered to the industry and send the receipt of the same to this office and also ensure its presence on the said date and time of hearing. He is also requested to submit his comments on the reply to be submitted by the industry w.r.t. notice and send fresh recommendations accordingly, well before the date of hearing, so as to enable this office to decide the application. </strong></span></p> |
