<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">Kindly peruse the note and recommendation given by RO. It is intimated that PP has applied CTE for 41 commercial plots, PP has proposed total wastewater to be generated qunatity@25 KLD out of which 15 KLD shall be reused for the flushing purpose and 10 KLD shall be used for irrigation/gardening in an area of 15000 sq. ft. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span><span style="font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">PP has not submitted a detailed report regarding the water balance to be reused for 15 KLD of treated wastewater in the flushing arrangement in its commercial plots. PP has not marked a land area of 15000 sqft in its site plan as the scientific mode of disposal to handle 10KLD treated wastewater. STP location has not been marked on the approved site plan.</span><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';"> the present STP of MC, Zirakpur is under capacity and is not adequate to handle the additional effluent load of such projects.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';"> May If approved </span><span style="font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">SCN for refusal CTE under Water Act,1974 be issued to PP with an opportunity to submit the written reply within 7 days. EE, RO may also be requested to give his comments on the reply to be submitted by PP and send the fresh recommendation.</span></span></p>
