<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">It is intimated that the reply submitted by the industry w.r.t is not satisfactory as it has increased the production more than applying CTO, the foul smell was observed in the area, and PP is a continued violation under the provision of environmental law. The CTO application is pending since 27/12/22.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">If approved CTO under Water Act,1974 may be refused. EE, RO may also be requested to send further recommendations immediately through E-note.</span></p>
