It is intimated that PP has applied for the partial CTO under the Water Act, of 1974. PP has neither commissioned STP nor PP has made adequte scintific mode of disposal . But RO has not given the comments on the mode of disposal during the visit .</span></p>

EE, RO may also be requested to give his comments on the reply to be submitted by PP as well as mode of disposal during the visit and send the fresh recommendation.</span></p>
