The application of the project proponent was scrutinized and it has been observed as under:
1. The pp has not filled the application form correctly.
a. The scale of the project has been mentioned as SMALL, which is not in order.
b. The pp has mentioned in the application form that the project is not covered under the EIA notification dated 14.09.2006, which is not in order.
c. The pp has mentioned total power load connected with wastewater treatment system as 0, which is not in order.
2. The pp had lastly submitted CA certificate mentioning the cost of the projevt as Rs. 14906 lakhs and now, as per the latest CA certificate, cost of the project is Rs. 14973 lakhs. As such, the pp is required to deposit corresponding NOC regularization fee.
3. The pp has not deposited late fee/ penalty, for the corresponding time for not applying of CTO
4. Earlier, CTO application of the pp was refused due to the fact that the the project proponent does not have adequate arrangements for disposal of wastewater being generated from its project. The pp has bow mentioned in the covering letter that the pp is still in the process to identify the adequate land for disposal of treated effluent. On the contrary, the pp has uploaded a copy of lease deed for around 10 acres of land area. The pp is required to clarify regarding following:
A. whether they have now done any new arrangements for dipossal of treated effluent ?
B. If yes, how far is the said land from the project premises?
C. The site plan depicting the location of project vis-à-vis the said area, if any.
D. If yes for point no. “B” above, whether the project proponent has done plantation as per Karnal Technology in the said lad area, or not ?
5. Lastly, the pp was granted CTO, with an additional condition that “The promoter company shall install additional module of STP so as to have total capacity of STP as 400 KLD within 03 months”. The pp has not submitted compliance of the same.
6. The project proponent has not submitted compliance report of special conditions of the lsat granted CTO by the Board.
7. The pp has not uploaded a copy of six-monthly compliance of EC conditions for, for the period ending October 2022.
As such, the application cannot be processed further.
As the application has already been returned online once, it is therefore required that approval may please be accorded to return the online application, due to incompletion as mentioned above.
