<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> Kindly peruse the note and recommendation given by RO It is intimated that PP has granted CTE for 50 Plots and 6 shops, total wastewater to be generated qunatity@82 KLD out of which 3 KLD shall be used for irrigation/gardening and 79 KLD will be discharged into the sewer.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Now PP has applied CTO under the Water Act,1974 for 49 Plots and 6 shops, total wastewater generated qunatity@82 KLD out of which 3 KLD is used for irrigation/gardening and 79 KLD discharged into the sewer after STP.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">RO has reported that there 20 families are residing in it, and the total built-up area of the project is about 9190 sqm which is less than 20000 sqm. the PP has not submitted any NOC from the PWRDA for groundwater abstraction and the PP is complying with the remaining condition of the NOC granted to it.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">May if approved fresh CTO under the Water act,1974 applied by the PP be granted for one year with the special condition as proposed by EE, RO. An additional condition may be imposed that <span lang="EN-IN">the PP shall obtain the necessary clearance for the abstraction of groundwater from the Punjab Water Regulation & Development Authority (PWRDA) within one month and the same will submit in EE, RO office SAS Mohali.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">EE, RO may also be requested to visit the site after one month to monitor the STP, verify the mode of disposal, and verify the compliance with environmental law and send the report along with the recommendation.</span></p>
