<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Now PP has applied for CTO under the Air Act, of 1981 for 49 Plots and 6 shops, </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">RO has reported that there 20 families are residing in it, and the total built-up area of the project is about 9190 sqm which is less than 20000 sqm, it has installed 01 DG set of capacity 25 KVA which is equipped with a canopy and stack of adequate height the PP has not submitted any NOC from the PWRDA for groundwater abstraction and the PP is complying with the remaining condition of the NOC granted to it.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">May if approved fresh CTO under the Air act,1981 applied by the PP be granted for one year with the special condition as proposed by EE, RO. An additional condition may be imposed that The promoter company shall not consume any fuel except HSD for DG set, for burning purposes without the prior written permission of the Board.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12pt;"> 2) The PP shall install the smog gun to control the dust emission generated from the construction activities of the project.</span></p>
